Wonderful aromatics of rose petals and raspberries followed with luscious fruit and finishing with crisp acidity. Garnish with a strawberry, mint leaf and a slice of lemon.
Fluorescent pink. Redolent of ripe raspberries. Excellent purity and freshness. Lean and drying through the mid palate with flavours af raspberry tea, and semi-ripe berries. Finish is fresh, lively, minty and dry with trace piney-juniper and chamomile in the fade. Very contemporary.
I highly recommend this gin - it's not quite like any else I've ever come across. Team it up with strawberries, lime, some mint and a quality tonic and you will never drink any other gin again. It really is the bomb.
